Maybe the name Gomasper is not immediately familiar to you but think of the emergence of modern Tenerife, and Gomaspers history has been entwined with the landmark developments. Pedro Luis Suarez Martin, current owner of the company helped to pioneer early chalets in Chayofita, and TEN-BEL on Costa del Silencio, way back in 1964. From the late 1970´s Gomasper added property development to its building skills and its list of major projects is like a role call of famous names in the Tenerife tourism success story.
All five Parque Santiago complexes and the Olympic stadium in Playa de Las Americas, San Marino, Paloma Beach and both Victoria Courts in Los Cristianos, are a testament to our partnerships with private companies, councils and the Tenerife government.
